We try our best to provide first class customer service for you. If there is any problem with your order, please contact our Customer Service immediately. If possible, please provide us as much information as you have about the problem, along with your order number, the name of the affected products, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement. A Customer Service Specialist will reach you as soon as possible. Please do not discard any items unless you are directed to do so by a Customer Service Specialist.
Standard Return Policy
- Return for refund within: 30 days.
- Return for replacement within 180 days.
- Warranty Length: 1 years.
This is our Standard Return Policy. Items covered by this policy must be returned to ChoiceMMed within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by ChoiceMMed, and not the mere issuance of an RMA (All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. And you may obtain an RMA number by ***).
Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit or refund within 30 days and send you an email confirmation. Please bear in mind that it can take several days for the transaction to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

- We will provide free return shipping if your return is a result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). In other cases, a return postage fee of $4.99will apply. A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied on all returns over $200 that are not the result of our error.（If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued at over $75 must be returned to the seller with a track able shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a track able method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the A-to-Z Guarantee.)
- Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase.
- You can exchange an item if your return item wasn't purchased with a promotion (except for free shipping promotions); We can't process exchanges for gift returns and exchange items cannot be sent as gifts.
- If you choose to return part of an order, you may no longer qualify for all special offers associated with your purchase. For example, if you received a free gift with purchase you may be required to return the gift in order to receive full credit for your return.
- Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
- Any product not purchased from ChoiceMMed.
- Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage.
- Any product that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective.
Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
If ChoiceMMed no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order RMA Department. You will be notified via email of two options: 1) ChoiceMMed can send you a comparable replacement item, or 2) ChoiceMMed can issue you a refund at the current market value of the product. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a refund will be issued.
While ChoiceMMed is more than happy to fill your order for a quantity of ten (10) or more of any given item in our inventory on a single purchase order, please understand that an order of that size, once purchase is completed, is automatically non-refundable. All other specific conditions related to the ordered item still apply, including any and all stipulations relative to any available replacement return policies.
